i am applying for ILR i am unable to add as its asking for nationality which child doesnt have. my child born in UK who has no status. however added other kid.

my intention to apply for his nationality after getting my ILR.

please advice how we can do that ?

Input same as your own nationality. This question has NO impact on child’s application.

Don't you think this will be lie as we did not apply for her nationality confused!

If you're that worried, do what @CULLINAN said and attach a cover letter explaining why you did so.

one of list of documents is

Document(s) showing your child / children's immigration status such as passports, biometric residence cards, or vignettes

A). you mean add dependant and add covering latter explain that i will apply nationality when i will get ILR

or

B). remove from dependant and add covering latter explaining that i will apply nationality when i will get ILR

In addition explain why you put child's nationality the same as yours (form doesn't have the option etc.) and that currently stateless but you will be applying for the child's BC once you have your ILR.

Secondly bit confusing about police registration

My understanding is if someone nationality under 326 not on the list of country and didn’t not received letter confirming and explaining to register to police nor on brp

Doesn’t need action

What kind of letter it is?

See if someone can get benefit from it
