Self-Employed income Director and Employee

Hi - Applying for ILR for my wife. I am Director of Limited Company, my wife is employee. Registering income under Self-Employment. The Online form, which states Employee or Director, when choosing this option to register my wife's income, wants all documentation as if Director. When going to the summary section at end of the application, all the company documentation is listed twice; my question is - do I need to tick all boxes, which doesn't make sense as it is duplication, or simply those that be appropriate for an employee, in relation to my wife, and then tick all the relevant Director boxes (everything !) for myself

Thanks

How are we supposed to interpret half stories? You need to give full information when asking a question.

What is the visa category?
What is your wife applying for?
What is your own immigration status?

It seems you do not understand the rules regarding the financial requirements for SET(M).
Your wife is an employee of a 'specified limited company' because the company is owned by you. This has been discussed many times: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-financia ... l#p1915163

So technically all the evidence a director needs to provide is required to support her application under category G or F

Thanks for the reply. I have all the supporting documentation, it is just that the online system is asking for ALL the documentation twice; once for me as Director, and also for my wife as Employee. One of the quoted requirements against my Wife's details is to provide ongoing evidence of being a director - I think the text is misleading. I will simply tick all the boxes and provide the information before submitting; think this is safest approach.

The list is not perfect. It is automatically generated and may not be accurate. The standard is what the guide says you must submit as required evidence
