I have completed 5 years on humanitarian protection and now I will apply for settlement.
My question is that there is one question that confused me what shall I answer.

Q. For either Uk or any other country have you been
1.refused visa

2. Refused entry
3. Deported
Removed

Refused asylum.

So to be clear I first apply for refugee and the HO just gave me humanitarian protection for 5 years with going court?

Shall I put yes or no . Only for refused asylum

How did you enter UK?

The options of the questions are not clear. What options are there?

The option are

1.refused visa
2.refused entry at the border
3.refused permission to stay or remain
4.deported
5.removed
6.required to leave
7. Refused asylum
8.excluded or banned from entry.

Correction from above question without going to court they just gave HP for 5 years and I entered illegally.

Select No. This question will not impact your case as your refuge was accepted.

Thanks bro but my question is that I applied for refugee but they gave me humanitarian protection instead so my thought was is that means they reject my asylum and gave my humanitarian protection for 5 years or if this is counted as refused asylum or not .

Coz I don’t want put wrong answer then they will mark as a miss representation or deception do you get why I mean , really confused man?.

Even I have a travel of certified instead of refugee convention travel document.
