Ilr set (lr) dependants visa and priority service

Hi there,

I came to UK in July 2010 in tier 2 Ict visa and in the same visa since then. My current visa end date is Oct 2023. My wife came to UK on the same day as me but was out side of UK for more than 180 days for 2 times (both for childbirth).

1. I understand my wife is not eligible for SET Lr, hence applying for my Ilr only. Once my Ilr is processed, do I need to get her and my children visa changed? Asking the question as their current visa is valid until 2023 ICT dependant visa.

2. Is the priority service for set lr open?

3. For the priority service, will I be paying the fee along with the visa fee or first I have to pay for visa and then priority service elsewhere?

Thanks for the help.

1) Your dependents will have to switch to FLR(M) and meet the visa specific requirements. Their ILR clock will reset to zero for the 5 year route. The earlier you change their visa after you apply ILR via LR, the quicker they start ticking their ILR clock. If they travel outside UK on PBS dep visa without switching to FLR(M), their visas maybe curtailed or denied entry in UK (once you switch to LR).

2) Not yet.

3) You pay £800 extra when you make a payment online and submit your application. The payment is made together.
