Correct application form link for ILR ?

Hi Guys, went through the posts , but still confused and hence the question . Could you please guide me to the right link for ILR application .

I got my ILR on 2015 ( Tier 1 General route ) , due to a break my dependants re-joined me at 2014 and hence needed to extend their Tier1 dependant visa on 2019 as they were few months short of 5 year period for ILR. Now when they apply for ILR I am confused which form to use , as I took my permeant residency before their last renewal at 2019 .

Question is , should I be using the below link

https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... ier-5-visa

Or should I be using the below link for 'settled persons' dependant'

https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... ur-partner

I am referring the below section , I am almost certain they should be using the first link but double checking here as got conflicting suggestions elsewhere.
---------------
Eligibility for partners
Your current visa must be as a dependant on your partner’s tier 1, 2 or 5 visa.

If you got your current visa as your partner’s dependant after they settled in the UK, you must apply as the partner of a settled person instead.

You must also have been living with your partner in the UK for at least:

2 years if you applied for your current visa before 9 July 2012
5 years if you applied for your current visa on or after 9 July 2012
