ILR Set(0) application need some guidance

Hi,
I have been reading several posts on this forum and first of all I thank all the moderators for being helpful to provide advise and guidance.
I will be applying for ILR through Set(0) application this week on 10/02/21 when I will be eligible. My application includes my dependent spouse and my child. I have managed to receive the required letters from my sponsor on employment and also leave. To my understanding my application is pretty straight forward. Just I have couple of doubts which I will be listing here and I will be grateful if can get some advise and guidance on my queries:-
1. During my initial application and also Leave to remain application back in Jan 2019, I had answered that I have a degree taught in English both for myself and my spouse. Now as I was unable to get the certificate verified by Naric, Me and my spouse passed the English test and got the certificate recently. So, in the ILR I responded as:
Do you have a degree that was taught in English? No
Have you passed an approved English language test? Yes
and then provided the certificate details. Hope this is okay.
2. Do you have any Home Office reference numbers? No
I answered as No but I was confused as during 2019, I received my leave extended and the letter had some Home office reference number in it. Can some one advise please.
3. For my spouse application, I am not sure if her immigration history should include period from entry to UK(March 2016 in my case).
This query arises as a question stated as:
Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since XX January 2018?
4. I intend to provide council tax bills which is addressed both to myself and my spouse. Does that mean that I need to sign Part-1 of consent letter and my wife signs Part-2 of the consent letter?
5. Under Evidence it is required to provide Evidence of immigration status of Ms. *Main Applicant* in the UK & then it is mentioned to provide Current Bio metric Residence Permit for Ms. *Main Applicant*.
Can some one advise if BRP should cover both the information needed?
During filling the form I realised that in my case there was option appearing to pay additional and can go for priority or super priority service. Recently some of my colleagues who applied didn't had this option and they had to apply as standard application but they all got the decision within 2-3 weeks after submitting their bio-metrics. There is a lot of posts in this forum speaking about the processing time is not guaranteed. Also in UKBA website they have advised that Standard ILR applications can take up to 6 months. The wording is:
You’ll be told whether your application has been successful within 6 months.
Also in some UKBA website it says, you will be contacted within 12 weeks if your application is complicated and will be advised of further steps.
I can understand that several applicants might have priorities and hence would prefer to apply through priority/SP services but is it a risk applying through standard application. I hope homeoffice shall be providing enough details on the applications which are complicated so that the applicant can address the concerns in good time. In summary, my application is straight forward and hence I do not wish to spend additional amount to what in the standard application fees..
Regards,
