Hi, I applied for my wifes 5year ILR in october and got a letter today stating i do not meet the financial requirements. I made a massive mistake and misunderstood what they wanted and declared 17k savings which is not enough. She has now been given Leave to Remain on the 10 year route where i need to pay £1000 IHS charge within 10 days. I meet the salary requirements but i completley messed things up. Her BRP also expired two days ago. What should i do? I don’t see any appeal option on the letter. TIA

Haseeb

What do you mean you misunderstood what they wanted? Appendix 1.7 is very clear in the requirments.

If you meet the requirements and could contact the caseworker, then send further evidence.
