Hi,

Please can you help out. I am filling my application form for my indefinite leave to remain for 10years and there are some questions on the form i would like you to please help with.

My route is From Feb 2011, Tier 4 to Tier 1 to Tier 2 and Family Member EU Residence.

The Questions.
1. Does your partner have any home office reference number.
My partner just finished applying for is pre-settled (EU) and we are yet to get a feedback. Please what should my answer be, does it really matter?

2.Travel History.
For either the UK or any other country have you ever been refused a visa? My answer is Yes.
My application was denied in 2019 when i was applying for my residence permit through my partner. Reason for the refusal was that HO said the passport photographs i sent was over 12 months old. Which wasn't. i reapplied immediately taking new ones and my application was approved.

After this question, it asked, " Do you have any other immigration issue. My answer Is no.
Although my application was refused when I was going to change from Tier 1 to Tier 2. Reason was because my sponsorship points was not enough. The Occupation code i used was not on the list. i reapplied again and used the right code and my application was granted. Do i need to state this as well?

Thanks for you kind reply
