Hi forum,
Can you kindly help with this please?

Myself and my wife are due to apply for ILR via long residence (10 years route) and so we are using Set(LR) for both of us separately.
I am not sure how to apply for my 6 year old who is born in the UK. Should I be using Set(LR) for her as well who has not completed 10 years though born here? Kindly advise.

One more thing I need help with is, as I am applying within 28 days of completing 10 years (26 days before completing 10 years) what duration do I need to fill in for the below question please?

"How long have you lived in the UK?" - 9 years and 11 months or 10 years.

Thanks in advance.

If you plan to register the child as British, you do NOT need to apply for their ILR.

Thank you very much CR001.

Can you advise if I can apply for my kid's Birtish citizenship along with my ILR?
And if I do not wish to register her as citizen what is the process to apply for my kid's settlement along with ours please?

Any idea on the second part of the question? about the filling the duration of the stay?

Thanks in advance.

You can apply for the child's registration as a British citizen after you have received your ILR.
