ILR under GTV

Dear all

I would be grateful if someone can assist in the requirements to apply for ILR under GTV. It is stated that:

1. Still be endorsed by the organisation that gave you the letter of endorsement to get a visa. Do we need to get an updated letter from the endorsing body to apply for ILR?

2.Still be doing paid work in the field you came to the UK to work in. Does it mean that we need to be employed at the time of application? if yes, what should be the minimum contract period that would meet this requirement?

Looking forward to your feedback,

Kind regards
Smail

from the immigration rules the requirements are:

GT 10.1. The applicant must not have had their endorsement withdrawn by the endorsing body.

GT 10.2. The applicant must have earned money in the UK during their last period of permission in the field in which they were previously endorsed on the Global Talent route.

There are other requirements as well, e.g . English, KOL, etc,

Thanks manci.

Considering that the GTV holder has worked and earn money for 3 years, would not he need to have a contract for the post-3-years on GTV to be eligible for ILR?

Looking forward to your feedback,
