Didn't you apply for ilr based on 10 years long residence after 10 years tier 2 ICT visa??

If so,your wife doesn't qualify for ilr based on 5 years oba dependent visa

Hi admin,

apologies for the confusion

I have got my ILR on basis of Tier 2 General 5 years route.

My wife entered into UK as my dependent ( Tier2 general dependent) in 2016. its been 5 years 1 month we are staying together in UK. we went for holiday couple of month during this five years.

My questions are below:

1. I got ILR on tier2 genaral five years. my wife staying with me for 5 years. I believe that she is eligible for ILR. If YES, please share me the link to apply for ILR on 5 years route.

2. do i need to submit the my employer letter where my salary package mentioned or any payslips with application?

3 any salary limit ?

4. should i maintain any funds

please let me know

thanks
Kind regards

1. SET(O) https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o
2. No. This has nothing to do with your employer. Dependants do not have such requirements
3. No. Dependants do not have such requirements
4. ILR has no maintenance requirements
