Hi, regarding an online ILR application, which of these is considered to be the application date:
- the date on which the online form is submitted and payment made
- the date on which biometrics are taken and supporting docs scanned and submitted at a service centre

If the former, are supporting documents which are dated after the online form submission allowed to be presented for scanning at the service centre?

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not the biomteric appointment date.

All your supporting documents must be dated on or before the date you submit online.
