Hi all,
My current spouse visa expires 15/05/2021 - this completes my 5years in that category so the next is ILR. How soon can I apply for ILR?

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial FLR M visa start date.

Self employment financial year

I'm self employed and the last limited financial year accounts that was filed with HMRC is 30/09/2019. On companies house the it currently says
Code: Select all
Next accounts made up to 30 September 2020 due by 30 June 2021
My accountants haven't filed this yet.
I'll need to apply for ILR as my current visa ends in May 2021. Can I use the accounts for 30/09/2019 to satisfy financial requirements?

No. You must file your accounts before applying. The rules require you to send the account for the financial year most recently ended
For those employed as a director or other employee (or both) of a specified limited
company in the UK, the relevant financial year(s) will be that covered by the
Company Tax Return CT600 and corresponds to the 12-month accounting year of
the company.
The evidence submitted must cover the relevant financial year(s) most recently
ended.
