10-year ILR route question-Visa Gap

Hi everyone.

I have a question regarding the visa gap for the 10-year ILR route application.

My timeline:
First entry 08.2009 with T4 student visa.
Visa gap: left UK 12.2013 ( T4 visa expired 01.2014 ) and back 09.2014 with new visa.

May I ask whether my 10-year long residency will be considered as broken because of this visa gap?
As I have medical evidence during the visa gap period, would that be a supporting document for application?
Thank you.

Any absence of 180 days or more breaks your continuity of residence for long residence ilr.
