Hi

I have got my ILR via 5 year route on Tier 2 General. My wife who is currently on Tier 2 dependant visa will soon be eligible for her ILR application. I have following questions:

1. Is there any maintenance funds requirement that either me or my wife has to fulfil as part of her application. What i mean is that whether me or my wife need to show bank statements showing funds in mine or her account for certain days.

2. if yes, then how much and over what time period.

3. What documents do we need to submit for her ILR application.

4. Do I (main applicant during our Tier 2 visa) has to submit any relevant documents e.g proof salary etc or irrelevant for dependant eligible for ILR.

Hi All

I am currently on my ILR (previously Tier 2 General). My wife has completed her 5 years as PBS Tier 2 dependant and is soon applying for her ilr application. I have 2 quereies.

1. Is there a maintenance fund requirement for PBS dependant ILR?
2. we have completed her online applicaiton and as part of check list it says
"Declaration signed by "ME" to confirm consent for the Home Office to request
verification checks
i am not financially sponsoring her as she is currently working. We have some bill in our joint name e,g water but no bank accounts are joint.

Which seciton of declaration do i need to fill in? Section 2 OR 3 OR Both?

Any help here will be much appreaciated.
