Working overseas on ILR

Hello,
I hold an ILR expiring in 2024. I've been out of the country since 1 year as I had to look after my parents located abroad. During the pandemic, I've also found a job here. However, I'm planning to return to UK in next 6 months with an intention of permanent settlement. I might still be working for non-UK based company when I get there.I'm bit worried if such employment would cause any issues for me getting back to UK or for my ILR.
