ILR FOR PBS DEPENDENT S

Hello,

I got my ILR a couple of years back and now applying for my wife and daughter (PBS dependent)
I had some queries and would greatly appreciate your inputs

1) My wife’s passport expires in early September this year (< 6 months validity). Will there be any issue or should I get it renewed before application ?

2) In the SET –O form :
a) In the section which involves my details :
Country of nationality - British
The next question is which visa I am applying for : only reasonable option is tier 2 general (I am confused here)

b) Immigration history for my wife:
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? – should I write Yes (she has lived only in India before this)

Thank you

Did you acquire ILR by the PBS route or by Long Residence?

1) No issues. The passport has to be valid on the date of application/biometrics date. If it expires later on in the process, no issue.

2) Tier 2G.

3) Yes and list DOB till date she lived there.
