Application and appointed straddling end of tax year. When should financial information be dated for?

Hi,
We submitted our application for ILR yesterday. We managed to get an appointment for 20th April. In between those two dates is the end of tax year.
Originally all our documents were up to date for mid March and included self employment tax return for the year 19/20. Is it advisable to file a tax return quickly for the year 20/21 and bring those documents with us to the appointment even if it doesn't have to be filed until January 2022? In addition there is some salary from employment. Is it worth adding our new P60 in?
To summarise should I have the documents up to the date we submitted the application or up to the date that the appointment is booked for?
Thanks in advance
