Hi experts!

Doing last minute effort and hope to get some help here...

I am applying for ILR on Tier 2 General route. It is Set(O) application with 2 dependants. Submitted the online form, paid around 3 x 3k, but I have not uploaded any docs or given biometrics so far. Please help on the following questions:

1) Made a number of mistakes in travel history.
a) In the last five years travel history, I missed adding a travel of less than week
b) for another travel I mentioned the flight departure date whereas I entered back in the UK the next day, and
c) in a trip outside the UK to country A, I travelled to 3rd country (B), went back to A and then came back to the UK. I am not sure if I should add this information to my application.

2) I made like five mistakes in the travel history of the period before the last five years (before 2016) mostly mixing up dates and travels.

3) My spouse who is on Tier 2 dependent visa, started a research degree programme at a university. She did her IELTS in 2017 to fulfil university admission requirements. that certificate was not used for the grant of visa and it has expired now. Does she need to go for IELTS again?

4) How long it takes to get the refunds if one withdraws the application? Can you start another application after submitting withdrawal request when you have not received the refund?

Hope to hear soon as I have already booked an appointment for early next week and now freaking out if I should withdraw the application and resubmit.

Best

1. Add a cover letter with all the correct travel details. ONLY full days of absence are relevant so departure and re-entry dates do NOT count. The details of your travels outside the UK are NOT relevant

3. She needs to pass SELT at level B1. https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5

4. DO NOT withdraw your application. That is not needed :!:

Thanks for the quick reply. Appreciate your help.

For English Language Test, can we use supplementary material (e.g. newspaper articles and other publications produced by the applicant)?

Dear Board Moderators

Got our ILR approved and received BRPs today. BIG THANKS for your help! It means a lot when you respond to our panic messages. I will grateful if you confirm the following

Question:
I have 2.5 years old who was born here when we had Tier2 (General) visa. He is still on PBS Tier2(Gen) dependent visa (expiring in Oct 2021). We did not submit ILR application for him assuming that once we (parents) have ILR approved, the baby can go straight to British Citizenship registration. Wanted to confirm if my understanding is correct? If yes, how soon we can apply?

Thank you in advance.

Best
Naf
