hi all,
I have a question, my friend got some issue. He is going to apply for his wife's ILR, wife got valid passport (which she will send along the application), but daughter's passport got expired (daughter is dependent child). Would it be any issue to get the ILR for child?

and ..... could I get any link where I could read the guide to apply for ILR SET(M). updated Complete guide. Thanks

Just explain in a cover letter and still submit the expired passport. I am not aware of any complete guides for SET M anywhere.

my friend got bank statements (both names), council tax bills (both names), NHS letters, utility bills, DVLA provisional license, HMRC letter, internet bill. But does not have the Tenancy agreement , as they are paying the rent privately to Landlord, without any agreement. Is it Ok if he does not have this one type of document?
