Hi,
I have little confusion for my daughter ILR application.
- She is 6yr old and came to UK in April 2016 as PBS dependent with my wife.
- My wife was not able to clear the life in UK test and next date is a month away.
My question is - Can I only apply for my daughter's ILR via SET(O) route? Please note my wife still on PBS dependent, valid till Aug 2020.
This will help share the VISA fee across and also one less head to worry about.
I was reading in some forum that both parent should have ILR (granted or in process) before kids can apply.
Please advise.

No, you cannot apply for the child until your wife applies for ilr.

Hi,
I have a small query around Police Verification:
I got ILR Set(o) under Teir 2 general under 5yrs, my wife is now going to apply for ILR as PBS dependent SET(O).
What am not sure is does she need Police verification, as its not mentioned in the checklist we got from online application. However I have seen in various forms an ask for Police Verification. Is it needed?

I have submitted the application and uploading the documents, there was no ask for finance proof/documents.
Do we need to provide any and what that will be used for? ITs SET (O) 5yr route for PBS dependent.

There is no such requirement for dependant
