i am asking on behalf of a friend his ILR on 5 years basis is in queue Home office have asked the following doc the thing is that one the employee whos name is mentioned he doesn't work in their company

they have asked for the following doc what doc shall my friend have to provide

In addition to the above, we are requesting you provide more documentation as follows:

· Evidence of trading

· Detailed evidence showing business activity

· Evidence of correspondence between your business and clients

· Evidence of correspondence between you and your employees

· Evidence of settled status in the UK for employee xxx

· Evidence of sales (if appropriate)

· Evidence to show how you have spent the invested funds in your business

· Any other evidence to show you have been trading during the period from your last grant of leave

Is he claiming points for a job where that employee was working previously?

Is his company registered/trading at home address?
