Hi All,

I have got my ILR last year via tier 2 general. Spouse and kid 5 year old is eligible for ILR now. They are under tier 2 dependent visa.

I have few question. please help me.

Spouse Application :

under section - The person you are joining or accompanying

1.I have their Home Office reference number -> May I know what reference from main applicant needs to be provided?.

2. Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? - Yes (should I say "yes" even for vacation)
3. Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018? - Yes (should i say "yes" even for vacation)

Immigration details
4. Do you have any Home Office reference numbers? -> May I know what other reference of spouse need to be provided here?.

Child Application :

5. Child application seems very little and just basic info requested. I do not see any section asking about holidays etc. am I missing something?. please confirm.

Documents I am going to submit

Spouse naric certificate
Spouse degree certificate
Passports and biometrics cards for spouse and kid
Spouse bank statements last 3 months
Marriage certificate
Joint Mortgage statement
council tax bill
Electoral registration confirmation letter from council

6. should I provide main applicant bank statements to prove funding?.

7. any other documents I need to submit apart from above list?.

8. There was gap of continuous 4 months absence, do i need to provide any supporting document for this?.

Thanks and your help will be much appreciated.

Ignore the home office reference number. All absences must be declared when the visa was issued after 11 Jan 2018 but no evidence is needed. Children do not have the same requirements. Proof of funds is NOT needed. Your cohabitation docs are good.

Hi Zimba ,
One of the mandatory documents for my dependent application is to submit the consent from me (main ILR).
there are 3 PART consent form available for download. May I know which PART I need to submit please or is there anything else I need to provide?.

PART 1 : dependent consent
PART 2 : for joint account or utility bills (no joint accounts except mortgage and council tax)
PART 3: for financial support

None of them seems relevant here, so not sure which one I need to sign and submit as part of mandatory document. please help.

Thanks in advance.
