You need to apply for an extension first.
You can only apply for ILR when you have completed 60 months minus 28 days from the day you entered UK on spouse visa that will be in 2023.

You can apply for ILR from when you have completed 60 months (5 years) minus 28 days from the day you entered UK on INITIAL spouse visa.
If that is the case, you can apply.

hi everyone, I submitted my ilr set m 2 weeks ago online and I was wondering if the home office will send me a letter confirming that they have received the application, or do they not do that anymore.

Have you attended biometrics and completed your application process? No acknowledgement is sent. You need to wait for a decision after attending biometrics. Sometimes an automated email can be received as acknowledgment but not all receive that.

hi, I've got my biometric on Thursday and I'm going to upload my documents aswell. I just wanted to check whether others received a letter because I was worried they didn't receive mine.

one of my friend told me she has been told in biometric day that her "Documents has been checked, verified and submitted to UKVI" and followed by text message at night that document has been sent to UKVI
i don't know everyone has the same, people having different experiences and above is what she had received/

Just attend the biometrics and forget about any acknowledgments. Some receive the automated email, some dont. Its all normal.
