SET(M) Super Priority? - May/June 2021

Hi there guys
I am filling out the online SET(M) for my wife - it is a straightforward application following the 5 year partner route.
I am getting to the end of the online form and in the payment options there is only standard - no super priority service.
According to
this UKVI link SET(M) should be eligible for super priority. Does anyone know what is happening with this and why super priority is not available? Should it be available? Has anyone else recently completed super priority for SET(M)?
Thanks very much

Limited super priority slots are available. Most only get the option at around 1am GMT.

Thanks so much. So basically I need to be up during the night when submitting? Do they release daily or weekly or what cadence?
It's like trying to get a PS5 all over again...but much higher stakes(!)

Also - just one other question if I may?
My wife's visa is due to expire on 10 July, and she is eligible to apply for ILR from 10 June. We are going on holiday 26 June to 4 July (couldn't avoid it - it is an extended family thing).
When would be the best time to submit the application, given this?
Could we submit online around 10 July and have the bio appt in July, or should we wait to submit until 5 July (cutting it pretty fine?) with appt in late July/early August?
Thanks

Anytime after arrival in the UK but before visa expiry is fine. Appointment can be anytime afterwards

Great, thanks. Could we submit 10 June and then go on holiday (coming back 4 July on the BRP which expires 10 July)? Or would making the application (but not submitting the documents) invalidate the BRP?
If we can make the application on 10 June and then travel, we will do that - as we can then get the biometric appointment sooner. If we can't travel after we apply though, we will have to wait to hit the apply button after we get back.
Thank you!

BRP validity is not an issue. The issue is that your application will be automatically considered withdrawn if you leave the UK.

Oh, right! I didn't realise. That's incredibly useful to know, thank you very much for that Zimba! After 4 July it is then. Thanks
