Hi,
Can you please help me to confirm the ILR application form for my partner and daughter under PBS dependant?
I started filling the application form online but for both(partner and daughter) the form it shows SET(O), is that the right application form?

Details about their application:
PBS dependant on 5 year route.
I received my UK citizenship on Jan 2019 via Tier 2 General.
My wife and daughter joined me May 2016 as a PBS dependants.
My daughter born in India July 2014.

Question 1 - Is that the right application (SET(O))? If not, what is the correct application?
Question 2 - Can I apply for them at the same time via premium service?
Question 3 - I'm receiving child benefit, will that affect their application?

Thanks

Q1. Yes, form Set O is the only form they can use.

Q2. Yes. Super priority (not premium service) costs an extra £800 each.

Q3. No.

Hi,
I have one more question.
In the last five years they have spent 413 days outside the UK, but they have NOT stayed continuous 180 days outside the UK in a year. Is this acceptable?
1st year - continuous 148 days(father-in-law not well)
2nd year - continuous 46
3rd year - continuous 24
4th year - continuous 34
5th year - continuous 161 (due to covid flight restrictions. I have all the flight cancellation details).

Thanks

I think you have valid reasons . Also there is no continuity of the 180 days which seems fine.
Can I ask you as a m in a similar situation to yours. Can my wife apply for ILR if she started with the PBS when she joined me and then swich to the spouse visa when i got the ILR. the total of her stay is 5 years when combinig both stays. Your answer is much appreciated

@Adil-morocco1 DO NOT tag your question here. Your wife must have 5 years under spouse route for ILR (no combination is possible) :!:

Hi CR001,

Can you please advise on this

Do I need to include the child benefits details in the SET(O) application? since it is asking to select the public funds details and bank statement.

Thanks

If the applicant is NOT receiving public funds, then you must not declare anything
