My 2nd baby was born on 01/04/2021
I got my naturalization certificate on 22/03/21

1. Yes, she could have applied in February 2021 already.

2. Yes.

3. Your child born abroad is expected to hold ILR before she can be registered as British. Your child born abroad needs a valid passport to apply for ILR.

there is no absence limit for PBS Dependents if they have visas issued before 18th January 2018.

If she has a visa extension issued after this date, then the absence limit applies.
