Choose Tier 1 or Appendix W dependants. They should apply using form SET(O)

1. Yes
2. No. That is for family route SET(M). DO NOT mix it up with the PBS route

Thank you very much.
Please clarify
My Tier 1 visa was curtailed with my 2 dependants in 2017, we all 3 received the curtailment letter from Home office, I challenged the curtailment & Won the JR and also Home office pay me the reasonable cost as well, I got ILR last year and my solicitor mention JR decision in the application, I m gonna submit my 2 dependents ILR this week(5 years Route)

1-Do I need to mentioned JR decision in there application too (My wife and 6 years olde son).

2- (for my wife application)
We received home office letter as our husband's dependents. Following further submissions and subsequent Judicial Review Claim under Reference.......... my husband was granted his extension of leave to remain under the same route in which it was further confirmed that his leave remained pending throughout the time that he was in the UK as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant.
(Above reason is alright or you can Amend)

I need you advise on above information.
Thank you

That JR has no influence on the ILR. UKVI was wrong to curtail and so you can assume the visas never came to an end

@Zimba which option we to choose because we have to leave the Uk according the curtailment letter.

Have you ever been:
1-refused a visa for the UK
2-deported from the UK
3-removed from the UK
4-required to leave the UK

@Zimba I have discussed with my solicitor & explain him what you have said, but he still insist that we have to mention JR (Curtailment), Can you share the ILR guidelines page where home office mentioned that JR has NO influence on the ILR please.

Thank you.

Hi,
I have read somewhere on this forum that if you are applying ILR joint application (main applicant and Dependent ILR) than we have to submit Cohabitation evidence if Not than we don’t have to submit? Is that Right?
Thank you

I applied my 6 years old son ILR with my wife application, I think I don’t need to sign consent form for him? Am I right?

Mandatory Documents list for SET(O) PBS dependent
Consent VS Declaration

1-Consent form for the home office to check the verification on “Me” for joint account or third party support, (Consent form part 2 which I signed)

2- Declaration signed by “My Name” to confirm consent for the home office to request verification checks.

Both above documents are same or different? If both are deferent documents can someone share the “Declaration” form link here please.
