Tier2 PBS dependent to ILR application query

Hi,
Can anyone please help me to clarify my doubts
I and my daughter holding PBS dependent and completed 5years in the UK. Planning to apply for ILR, but I have a doubt on the days which I spent outside the UK.

Background about my visa:
Partner details: PSW -> Tier2 3yrs (Sep-2012 to Sep-2015) -> Tier2 extension 3yrs(Sep-2015 to Sep 2018) -> ILR(Aug-2017 to Aug-2018) -> Naturalization(Jan 2019)

My details: First entered UK in Jan-2013 vis PBS dependent(valid until Sep-2015), I left the UK on Dec-2013 due to pregnancy and then I stayed there in India for 2.4yrs(so my visa expired in Sep-2015)

Again my husband applied PBS dependent for me and my daughter:
PBS dependent - Valid from April 2016 to Sep 2018 (again entered UK after 2.4yrs)
PBS extension - Valid from Oct 2018 to Sep 2021

Days spent outside the UK:
I'm worried about 2 long stay outside the UK in the last 5 years
1st long leave:
Nov-2016 to Apr-2017 - 145 days(I went to India to visit my Dad but unfortunately my daughter fell ill there. I have doctor certificate for her illness)
2nd long leave:
Feb-2020 to Aug-2020 - 160 days (stuck in India due to covid, lockdown and flight cancellation)

Will this long stay outside the UK will affect me and my daughters ILR application?

I heard that there is a 180days new rule in 2018. In the ILR application SET(O), do I need to list all my holidays from 2016 to 2021? or it is enough to list the holidays only after my PBS extension(valid from Oct 2018 to Sep 2021)?

I would really be grateful if someone can clarify my doubts. Thanks

You only list absences after your visa was granted in October 2018. Absences before that are irrelevant.
