Help with ILR Qualifying date & Date of application

Hi Group,
Hope you all are well.
I need some help with the ILR Qualifying date as I notice different dates on my Entry Clearance and BRP.
Following is the timeline of my Tier 2 General.
Applied for UK Entry clearance: 04 Jul 2016
Biometric Appointment: 07 Jul 2016
Successful rensponse from Home Office (Date of response email): 21 Jul 2016
Entry Clearance Vignette Stamp on my Passport: 19 Aug 2016
UK Entry Date (Entered UK on): 23 Aug 2016
BRP (date of issue): 05 Aug 2016
My Queries below:
1. Appreciate if you could please advise which of the above dates should I consider for my ILR application?
2. I can then apply for my ILR 28 days before that date (from above). Is that Correct?
