SET- M - Is CT600 mandatory for the 11 months old company?

Hi there,
Need a bit of advice on CT600.
I have opened my Ltd company last year in June 2020 and I have not submitted my CT600 yet.
I am a contract employee and getting the invoice paid into my Ltd company and I am running Payroll for myself and paying NI(Employee NI+Empolyer NI) and PAYE taxes. And my salary meets the Earnings threshold for SET(M).
On a separate note, I haven't taken any Dividends.
I have unaudited accounts and all other documentation from the accountant but No CT600 as my financial year is not completed.
Could you please advise what can be done instead of CT600. Is there any exceptions?
Please advice.
Thanks
Bab
