Long residence ILR with a student and mix of dependent visas

I hope you are well. It will be really appreciated if you could please give your opinion about the following.

1. Student Visa: 11/06/2011 - 16/04/2014
2. T1 PSW Dependent Visa: 07/02/2014 - 03/10/2014
3. T4 Dependent Visa: 27/10/2014 - 31/03/2017
4. T4 Dependent Visa: 10/01/2016 - 31/05/2021
5. Long residence ILR Dependent Visa: 08/06/2019 - 06/12/2021

Given the above immigration history,
i. Can I apply for the long residence ILR (https://www.gov.uk/long-residence)?
ii. Does the Family route (5. Long residence ILR Dependent Visa: 08/06/2019 - 06/12/2021) count towards the long residence ILR? Any reference will be appreciated.
