Can you advise on my query,
I came to UK on the 21st of June 2015 as PBS dependent.
Initial VISA: 16.06.2015 to 12.10.2018 [I was away from UK from 08.04.2016 to 13.02.2017 due to maternity (more than 180 days absent)]
Recent VISA extension as PBS dependent: 15.10.2018 to 12.10.2021
My Spouse hold British passport now.

1. Am I eligible to apply for ILR now considering 180 days absence in 2016-17?
2. Should i apply via SET (O) application?
3. When can I apply for Naturalisation/citizenship?

Note: I m applying ILR with my dependent child as well.

1. Yes. Your absence in 2016 is irrelevant.

3. As soon as you have ilr and your new brp card, provided you meet all the requirements.
