Tier2 General dependent ILR query

I am trying to fill in my dependants ILR applications based on my ILR approval (I have applied mine and awaiting the decision), there is a question as below, but the options available to include ILR, could you please let me know what should I answer for this question.
Which visa is Mr xx applying for or been granted? (assume granted ILR for xx)
