Hey Good afternoon, 

 We are planning to submit our ILR applications through a long residence route next week, I just want to confirm below points to make sure that I am following the right steps. Could you please help me with the following queries.

1. I came to the UK in April-2011 on Tier 2- ICT.
2. My dependents (wife and daughter) came here on Tier 2 - ICT dependents category on 29th Aug 2011.
3. All these years we stayed on the same Visa with multiple extensions.

Queries:
1. Can I submit my wife and daughter applications 28 days before 10 years completion (i.e. after 2nd Aug 2021)?
2. While completing my Set (LR) online application it is not allowing me to add dependents, do I need to submit 3 individual Set(LR) applications?

1. Yes, if they each individually meet all the requirements.

2. Set LR does not permit dependents to be added to your application. Each applicant must complete their own form and meet the requirements individually.

Sorry to bother you again, can I ask one last question please.

At the end of the application there is a question saying "Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK?". I have mentioned about my children like school, second child born etc.. also I did mention about my charity work. When I move onto documents section its asking for the supporting document - "Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK".

1. Is there any merit in providing information in the section or can I just go with no other reason to provide.
2. If I choose to provide the information in this section, Is it mandatory to provide supporting document.

Simply answer NO to that question. There is NO need to provide OTHER reasons to stay in the UK
