Need info

Can my wife apply for the ILR or need another extension

1. Sep 3 2016 arrived as Dependant visa ( I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa)
2. her visa PBS dependant visa details
* 03-sep-2016 -- 28-nov-2016
* PBS dependant extension 9-01-2017 - 09-03-2019( I applied for ILR but she was not eligible so applied FLR (M))
FLRM extension 08-03-2019 - 20-09-2021

can you please guide me do , I have to go for another FLR(M) or apply for ILR

She needs 5 years on FLR(M) visa before she can apply for ILR. You cannot combine Tier 1 Dependent time with FLR(M) time to make up 5 years for ILR.

You have to apply for another extension first.
