ILR (LR) Questions

Dear all, first I’d just like to thank you all for the forum as it’s been really informative & helpful. And thank you in advance for helping me with my query.

I’m in the process of completing my application for ILR set (LR). I’d like to ask if you could confirm if I’m right/wrong please:

1. It will be 10 years for me on 12th Sept 2021. If I apply 28 days before ie 15th August 2021, am I right that I can book for appointment (super priority) before 12/09/2021 (assuming I get decision on the day?) or does it have to be on or after 12/09/2021?

2. All MANDATORY documents are:
-passports in last 10 years
-LITU
-UK degree
I also fill in information for employment & partner & tick them boxes at the end but I DO NOT NEED to provide any documents (and I won’t be at disadvantage?)

3. Criminal record
There was this time I got on the train before buying the ticket but no conductor so was stopped at the station and given a penalty? I paid afterwards & assumed I do not have to declare this in the form?

Thank you very much 😊

1. The 28 day concession means that you can apply for ILR early and in fact get ILR early before completing your 10 years.
2. No need to provide any other docs, e.g. regarding your partner
3. You only declare convictions. That has no bearing on your ILR
