Combining PBS dependent and Spousal visa

Hello all,

I am trying to apply for my ILR but confused about my eligibility.

Here is the timeline:
1). 2016: My wife was holding a tier 2 general VISA and I joined as Tier 2 Partner VISA.
The UK clearance entry has TIER 2 Partner on it and the BRP issued at that time has PBS dependent on it.

2). 2018: Wife gets a ILR as Tier 2 General Immigrant.

3). 2019: I applied for renewal of BRP and my current BRP states it as Spouse/Partner Leave to Remain.
(Did I switch my VISA from PBS dependent to another kind of VISA here?).

2021: Given that I have stayed for 5 years, I was applying for ILR but unsure if I am eligible?

If I am ineligible, did I mess up at the time when I was renewing my BRP?

Thanks a lot for your time,
Cheers,
V

In 2019, can you remember what form you completed? Was it FLR M, meeting the English and £18,600pa financial requirements? Is the visa valid for 2.5 years or 3 years?

If yes, you don't qualify for ilr as your 5 year clock reset to zero if you applied for FLR M instead if extending your tier 2 dependent visa.

Thanks for your reply.

You are right, I think I filled the wrong form in 2019.
