ILR via spouse route

Hi my wife recently got her spouse visa extension and she will be eligible for ILR around the end of 2023.

We just wanted to plan ahead for it to avoid issues closer to the time. Can someone please send me a link of which ILR she would be applying for and what documents will be needed.

Do they ask for evidence of cohabitation letter like they did for extension and if so do we have to show 2 previous years from ILR date or all 5 years.
Also is there a salary requirement?

It's form SET M.

All the same requirements have to be met for ILR, ie 2 years evidence of cohabitation and the financial requirements.

She also needs B1 English and LIUK test.

Thanks, so essentially all the same docs as per the extension plus additional LIUK test?
