Hi,

Does the requirement of being ‘no longer than 180 days’ outside the UK for ILR apply to Spouse as well?

I’m in my fifth and last year, due to apply for ILR soon and having to spend time outside of UK. Want to check what the maximum is (if any) so I can plan my travels accordingly.

It depends what category of 'spouse' visa you hold. Is it a spouse of British citizen/ILR holder visa or is a PBS dependent visa??

There is no absence limit.
