GAP between jobs while outside country- Will it effect ILR

Dear All 
My current leave Tier 2 is valid till 22nd February 2022, completing 5 years. I am leaving my current job on 31st October and starting new job in mid November 2021 with same sponsor. My employer said that I don't need new visa because sponsor and job code remains same and I should apply for ILR once eligible.
Now I want to go out of country and will come back in mid November to start new job.
My questions
are
1. Will it effect ILR as I will be unemployed from 31st October to mid November and outside UK but still have valid BRP with current sponsor.
2. How my employer should mention this period of absence from UK (31st of October to mid November) in employment letter as these are not annual leaves and practically I was unemployed and aiming to start new job GAP between two jobs.
