ILR eligibility

Hello All, I would be really thankful on any advice regarding my query:
I came to UK in Nov 2010 on Tier 2 ICT visa.
My wife and children joined me in UK as Tier 2 PBS dependants in Dec2016.

I have been granted ILR in March 2021 and my dependants are still on Tier 2 PBS dependants visa which is due to expire in Jan 2022.
I have not transferred them as ILR dependants yet.

Are my dependants eligible for ILR once they complete 5 years in Dec 2021 (PBS dependants visa)? If not, when are they eligible?

Regards,
Srini

Did you get ILR based on 10 years long residence?

If yes, then they cannot apply for ilr based on 5 years tier 2 dependent visas.

They must switch to FLR M visa and meet the financial and English requirment. It will be a 5 year route to ilr again (2 X 2.5 year visas). Their 5 year ilr clock will reset to zero.
