I obtained my ILR on 2019 through Tier 2 General, after I received my visa I applied for 3 year extension to my family as they were sort of 1 year for the ILR.

The timeline for their immigration history.

Visa Valid from 03/2015
entered UK 04/2015
PDS Dependant visa renewed on 03/2016 till 03/2019
PDS Dependant visa renewed again on 03/2019 till 03/2022

I am now preparing to apply for dependents' ILR, I gathered from this forum that I should fill Set(O).

could anyone please share the required documents checklist?

Apply using SET(O). You get a checklist at the end of the application after submission

apologies, not the checklist, I should have asked for the list of the required documents.

following I copied from this forum. set(o) required doc list

1. Wife & Son's current passport (& any older passports)
2. Wife & Son's current BRP (as PBS dependent)
3. Marriage certificate (in English language)
4. LITUK test pass number (Wife only)
5. Proof of English language (degree/SELT exam for Wife only)
6. Cover letters and consent letters from both
7. Cohabitation proofs for last 2 years (at least 6 proofs in each name from at least 3 different sources)
8. Sponsor's passport.

1. can you please anyone confirms the requirement regarding the Marriage Certificate, I have the original (Not in English) & the photo copy of the translation?
photocopy of the translation acceptable?

2. Are there anything I am missing here in the list?

3. COhabitation proof, following enough?
i. water bill both names appear.
ii. council tax both name appear
iii. tenancy agreement for 2019, this year annual mortgage statement.

Electronic evidence is accepted. Doc list looks good. ANY document can be used for cohabitation

I am preparing my ILR application & documents to apply for my family (wife + 2 children). Since there are many steps involve I need help on understanding the steps and sequence what is after what?

Steps
1. Fill the Set(O) online form and submit. (visas-immigration.service.gov.uk)
2. Then pay for it (planning to go for normal service) 2,389 X 3

3. Upload documents
Does a link appear on the same site to upload documents?
3.1 please provide details, should I create an account in advance to upload the documents?
3.2 any time window I should complete this?

4. Biometric enrollment, I plan to choose free service, how to book for this? any time window to complete this?

please share your thoughts on this.

You will be asked to create a UKVCAS account to upload documents and book appointments after you submit your application.

My wife, PBS Dependant started filling her Set O form, can she add the child under the Additional applicant section in the same form?

2. Declare only absences if you had a visa issued after 11 Jan 2018
3. No. There is no financial requirement

is it worth waiting & trying for free? or should I book for £375.

any thoughts, please?

No one can assure you about when you will likely get a free slot or if the paid appointment is worth the fee. The decision is yours to make after considering your personal circumstances.

every day morning 9.00 Standard appointment slots are released. I managed to book one free on 10th December.

For the cohabitation requirement I am using the home office letter we received with our BRP three years before. I scanned all 4 into a single PDF and attach to the main applicant (my wife).
1. Should I submit this single pdf file including all letters or should I submit a single one for each applicant?

2. My wife has to submit MY BRP, passport, Driving License, DVLA letters, home office letters etc as proof of cohabitation. how and where should she upload all these?
?
3. can my wife upload my p60 (for cohabitation) into the finance category or other category

actually, when I submit the form, my Wife is the main applicant, I put myself as a responsible adult for biometrics for my kids. according to the following

I received an email from UKVCAS regarding the appointment & the following bullet point worried me.

The responsible adult named on the application must be the one who attends the appointment with any young/minor applicants and must bring an ID
If not, the appointment cannot go-ahead.

can my wife (main applicant) allow kids to biometrics?
