I need to provide these docs in 10 days.

Hi can u advise what documents you provided originally to meet the financial requirements? Ie payslips bank Statement, employment duration and was it above £18600 per year?

The reason y they asking for benefits ie universal credit etc is they believe you don’t meet the financial requirements hence as part of consideration process they are asking if you claim benefits as that’s one way of being exempt from ilr financial requirements. If you can share more details it will be helpful

How many months evidence of meeting the financial requirements did you submit?

What does your payslip and bank statement state re salary? Do they match?

Is your salary the same Evey month or does it vary?

Do you have non British children also applying with you?
