ILR Withdrawal , no refund after 6weeks

Hi,
I filled out the online form to get a refund after I submitted the application(no BRP appointment).
After 1week, I sent the letter by post.
In last month+almost 2weeks, no response email or letter, etc.
I tried to call them, but the number is not recognised when I attempted

This is official UKVI customer number..
Does anyone could help how to contact them to chase my request?
I don’t mind how long should I wait, but at least I want to know they got my request or not.
From my research in this forum, someone got an email from them(someone not).
