Super priority + HO said my documents missing

Hi -

I applied for my ILR and submitted my application for Super Priority Service. I went for my biometric appointment and paid for document scanning service. I received an email from Home Office on the same day advising that they can't provide me with a decision as they require a few more documents from me. They requested for my payslip, bank statement, proof of english and absence letter which was already supplied and scanned at my biometric appointment. During my appointment, the agent confirm each of the documents that were scanned as I wanted to make sure that they scanned all my documents.

I am not too sure what has happened here. I emailed them again with all the requested documents. Does anyone know what happens now - would they still process my application as Super Priority or would they no longer treat it with urgency?

Thanks

With the application being attended to same day and your receipt of email asking for more documents depict being acted on with priority.
Subsequent processing may not be with priority.

Thanks for your response - eventhough I have initially submitted all documents requested?

I'd say it would be much faster but will not be priority. Also you get no refunds as this was communicated with you

Thank you. But I definitely submitted all my documents that they have requested including the ones they requested for again in the email. Will I still not be entitled to a refund as I definitely submitted those documents during my biometric appointment and have them double check it with me?

I also just called UKVCAS to confirm the documents that were submitted to home office. They can confirm that the documents requested again were definitely submitted to them and requested I call home office. I called home office and the person on the line say they can't do anything about it.

No. If a priority decision cannot be made for any reason and they notify you, then no refund is given

Complain about it after getting the decision. If you had indeed submitted those documents in required format, either UKVI or UKVACS lied to you.
