Home Office Need Travel History For ILR Tier 2 General Dependent

Dear Experts,
I applied for ILR for my Wife on Tier 2 General Dependent 5 Years Route. Urgent 24 hours result.
I got email from home office that i need to provide the travel history,
I replied to the email providing the documents. but its been 6 working days i did not receive any answer.
Is there any helpline or anywhere i could ask why my 24 hours visa is taking that long?
or are they still waiting for travel document from me from another way to upload?
In the email there is nothing mentioned how to upload the documents.
they just mentioned please provide the travel history from your passport.
