Hi members,
I've ILR and applied for naturalization. I want to apply for my wife ILR who is my dependent. I was on PBS Tier 1 General Visa before gettting ILR.

Which ILR category i apply for my wife? is it SET(0) or SET(M). It's bit confusing on UKVI site. Also, they only mention partner in application what about spouse?

Hey members,
I'm filling SET(O) form to apply for ILR for my wife who is PBS dependent (Tier 1 General) and completed 6 years on this route.
Her last extension was in March 2019. I Selected Tier 1 or Global talent dependents as application type.

After filling the form, the document list I got does not have COHABITATION PROOF requirement. I still need to pay and book an appointment. This is the document list that appears before paying.

Just checking if I'm not making any mistake as I thought I need to provide two years cohabitation proof and may be proof of marriage.

Any help is much appreciated.

One more clarification required about category in which I'm applying for indefinite leave to remain.

I've selected Tier 1 or Global Talent dependants from following list as there is no PBS dependent (Tier 1) category

Tier 1 or Global Talent dependants
Tier 1 migrant
Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant
Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson
Bereaved partner
Representative of an overseas business
Retired person of independent means
UK ancestry
Global talent
Any other employment
Afghan Resettlement
Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms

1 - Co-habitation proof for maximum two years should be enough?
2 - From how many sources i need evidence of co-habitation? I've 3 joined sources (water, gas/electricity and council tax). Can provide more from different sources.
