I have confusion if someone can help me with Staff/months calculation in 2 separate businesses:

My main business(Hospitality) on T1E which was granted an extension last year, is as below:


STAFF / Position A worked 15 months (12 Months covered for the extension)
STAFF/Position B worked for 16 months(12 Months covered for the extension)

Then the business as hospitality hit by coronavirus shut down on Aug-2021.

New business started with the new job creation as below:

STAFF/Position A = Started 1st/Sept/2021 and going on
STAFF/Position B =Started 1st/Sep/2021 and going on

Job titles /positions at both businesses are completely different. Can I use the extra months from the first Business to combine with the new Business to cover 12 months?
To apply for my ILR which is due next year OCT.

No, you cannot. As the position was in another business it has been lost. The rules require a position in a business to be occupied for at least 12 months for the award of points
