1) I am on a tier 2 general visa. I got my visa stamped on 4th of Jan 2017 and entered the on 15th Jan 2017. Can some please tell me how soon I can submit my ILR application?

2) What will have if I submit my application 3-4 days earlier?

I know it's 28 days before completing 5 years but I am not sure if I should count days from the date my visa was stamped or the entry date to the UK.

It is counted from the first visa issue date. You can apply early and book your appointment within the 28 days

thanks - so you mean I can submit my application now and upload all docs and pay the fees and staff but I have to make an appointment during those 28th days?

Do I need to submit my bank statement if so what do they See? My bank account is messed up and it's overdrawn (A negative balance but I pay it off every month when I get my salary and again it gets negative by end of the month) from the last 4-5 months. will that have any effect on my application? I am single and I don't have any dependents.

Yes. You must submit the lastest bank account corresponding to your latest payslip

I am wondering if it will affect if my balance is in negative from last few months

They do not care about your bank balance

Hey,

I am applying for ILR through skilled workers. In the last 5 years, I have changed 3 companies. 14th of Dec 2021 I have a biometric appointment. Can some please help me to clarify if all the listed documents I need to carry?

1) Old and new passport copy.
2) letter from the employer details the reason for the leave.
3) Naric certificate confirming English level and Degree.
4) Current BRP
5) Declaration signed.
6) Nov month payslip and bank statement, Only one-month payslip and bank statement is fine right?
7) document from the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship
And I have not received life in Uk pass certificate only the reference number which I have added in the application this should be fine right?

Please help me if the above list is ok or If I have missed anything. I am getting very confused to upload the documents so I am expecting at the appointment centre they will upload the documents.

Letter from the employer confirming I will be required for the employment in the foreseeable future with all other details like my pay, SOC code, leave I have taken..

Is it ok to upload Nov 2021 payslip reflecting Oct 2021 salary? I do have the latest Nov 2021 payslip but the Nov month statement is not available it gets generated on the 16th of every month and I have the appointment tomorrow. and only one-month bank statement and payslip is needed, right?

Also, do I have to upload copies of my past employer BRP as well or just the current one is fine?
